Steve and Linda Sander's Trip to Finland June 4-14, 2001 Introduction We had been in Finland in 1974, and we knew at the time that Linda had family there (Her mother, Marget, had been born in Finland). However, we were reluctant to drop in on people to whom we had never been introduced. In 1995, however, Kim Dalbacka, Linda's mother's cousin's son, was in the US beginning his master's work at LSU. He took the initiative and visited Marget and her husband, Dick, at the same time that we were visiting. He subsequently visited us in 1997. We started keeping in touch by e-mail, and we decided to visit Kim and the relatives. This web site is a photographic record of that trip.
